Partial Refunds

  • Service disruptions affected your usage significantly

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: Simply deciding you no longer want the service
  • Credit Usage: If you have used more than 25% of your allocated AI credits
  • Violation of Terms: If your account was suspended due to violation of our terms of service
  • Third-party Issues: Problems caused by third-party integrations or user's internet connectivity
  • Expired Plans: Refund requests made after the plan has expired
  • Downloaded Content: If you have downloaded and used generated content extensively

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • UPI/Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days
