Partial Refunds

- You've used less than 10% of your allocated AI credits
- Service disruptions affected your usage significantly
- Feature limitations were not clearly communicated at the time of purchase
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: Simply deciding you no longer want the service
- Credit Usage: If you have used more than 25% of your allocated AI credits
- Violation of Terms: If your account was suspended due to violation of our terms of service
- Third-party Issues: Problems caused by third-party integrations or user's internet connectivity
- Expired Plans: Refund requests made after the plan has expired
- Downloaded Content: If you have downloaded and used generated content extensively
Refund Process
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and account details
- Clearly explain the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Credit Card: 5-10 business days
- UPI/Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. PixelForge is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

Before requesting a refund, consider these alternatives:
- Plan Downgrade: Switch to a lower-tier plan and receive credit for the difference
- Account Credit: Convert your payment to account credit for future use
